My name is Alexander Kucera and I am a German lighting TD, compositor and VFX producer. Mostly I am too busy to write posts here, so this blog is usually stale for stretches of time followed by short bursts of posts. Stick around and maybe something interesting pops up one day.

Alternatively, you can follow me on Twitter, where I tend to be more active.

If you can’t be bothered… Well, nice meeting you and have a nice day.
Now get off my lawn!

This theme is home-made. It was inspired by the beautifully minimal themes of Ben Brooks, Matt Gemmell and Marco Arment, though it is far from being as polished as either of these. Maybe one day when I have more time…

I am on OS X browsing with Safari or on iOS, so that is were the site works and looks its best. If you find a bug, please let me know. When I get around to it, I might fix it.

Color Scheme

The colors are based on my companies colors.

  • Red: #9f1b02;
  • Yellow: #fbb003;
  • Blue: #026eb8;

The only font in use on this site is Concourse by Matthew Butterick.

This site created with Bourbon (the system and the drink, actually) and Neat, Bourbon’s lightweight semantic grid framework.

Thanks to Reconcilable Differences Episode 6 for the pointer to this.
